85 gs700 e chocking for fuel/ bogging/ till gas cap is off

Hi all Iv had my bike for 5 years just had tank creamd and now it will run for a bit but after onit hard starts dying out like chocking after messing around w/it for days Irelized just by chance runs fine w/cap off ,checked cap breather hole is fine any idea?? ty in advance o-yea the small hose that goes to the top of carbs i cant blow air into it back to the tank is this right??

not the fuel line but the other smaller line off the petcock

I don't know, sounds like the gas cap vent is messed up to me, personally that's what I'd check into. Not being able to blow air into the fuel line makes sense
