Compare Virago VTwin to V Star

I may have a chance to get a Virago VTwin for my first when what I think I want is a V Star. Will I be disappointed?

They are really the same bike. You might even like the older bike better.

Would that be a Virago XV125, XV250, XV400, XV500, XV535, XV700, XV750, XV920R, XV1000/TR1, or XV1100 you are considering? There have been some very different Viragos since the first XV750 came out back in 1981. I'd take one of the later model 535, 750 or 1100 Viragos over a V-Star 650 or 1100 any day, they had some real performance.

I guessed that were many different flavors after I saw it was a 125. It's all over now though. I just put a deposit on an 03 V-Star650. I pick it up tomorrow. I'm excited. Thanks for the word.
