But I looked good doing it!Wrider wrote:Pacificshot, is that you in your avatar shooting? And if so, air or .22? Used to shoot for practice with the Junior Olympic team in Colorado Springs 10M air standing.Couldn't afford the equipment, so I borrowed one of their air rifles and wore my mom's old cross country skiing boots for the flat standing surface...
Haha yes you do! That's amazing, wish I had the chance to train with someone like that. Now that I'm older I'm a bit more unsteady so I'm not as accurate as I used to be.PacificShot327 wrote:Indeed. Had the chance to train with Matt Emmons briefly - awesome guy and damn good at what he does.
Heard that about the gear. Took me forever to get all of my stuff - saved up a whole ton of pennies.
Yes! Literally a ton! Always just boggles my mind how ridiculous some of this stuff is.Wrider wrote:Haha yes you do! That's amazing, wish I had the chance to train with someone like that. And the sad part about the whole ton of pennies is that at the price of those things, it was literally a ton you saved up!
