If you pay more attention to the front wheel, you can see a black tied down to the wheel to create a tension to hold the front end of the bike low. But the speedo stays at 0mph no matter how fast i go and also the milage won't add up as well.. weird

Buzz
You recommended to refer to the service manual for checking the speedo and odo meter, I have downloaded a version online, do you happen to know that if there is voltage flow to the meter which shows on the panel cluster cuz it stays at "0MPH" and able to see the total milage and trip a and trip b mileage, so that means that there is power going to the sensor, so do you think that there might be some thing else to it? because the "0MPH and the odo does not add up while the bike is ridden.

If the speedo has power (as yours obviously does) and does not register actual speed, it points to a problem with the speedo sensor. Either a bad connection or a toasted sensor. The gauge cluster is not seeing a signal from the sensor, for some reason.
No Witnesses.... :shifty:
