Massachusetts inspection

#1 Unread post by vinniepenn »

While trying to get a sticker for my bike, i was informed i would fail because my auxillary lights do not turn off when i switch on my high beam head light. Considering most bikers would like as much light as possible to be seen as well as to see i thouht this was crazy, however after checking the rmv regs. this is correct. Stupid as it is it does say that in the motorcycle inspection rules. Has anyone else been burdened by this and if so how did you get around it.

Maybe put them on a seperate switch. Temporarily switch the source to a lead off of the low beam light.
