Go on take the money and run
ANd thats what im gonna do. At least for a couple of days. Im using a little extra $ i got saved up and am taking Harley up to the mountains for a couple of days. I'm so ready to blow the dust of this town off my boots for awhile. Ok well it's more like mud off my New Balance but you get the idea. Got a motel by the Chattahoochee river for a couple of days and am planning on taking Harley hiking some trails and seeing some waterfalls. This is something I have been wanting to do for ever but haven't been able to. Now i can so I am. Leaving tomorrow and i can't wait! Our first vacation in three years!

Re: Go on take the money and run
I did the same in July with a Harley-Davidson for 4 days and had a blast... definately recommend it... try not to grab the Dyna Wide Glide unless gas stations are within 110miles. (I ran outta gas at 180ish KM).fireguzzi wrote:ANd thats what im gonna do. At least for a couple of days. Re: Go on take the money and run
LOL I already have a nine year old Harley, I don't need to rent one. I have to gas him up about three times a day to keep him running otherwise he gets a little cranky and refuses to start. Then I have to put him in time out. Mostly he's a good Harley though.totalmotorcycle wrote:I did the same in July with a Harley-Davidson for 4 days and had a blast... definately recommend it... try not to grab the Dyna Wide Glide unless gas stations are within 110miles. Re: Go on take the money and run

My trip was pretty good. Trying to sleep at night was a little rough but that is the norm for me right now. Other then that we had a good time. Lots of hiking and walking through the town of Helen. Walked up to Anne Ruby falls and took some pics. We ate good food, I drank a couple good beers, spent too much money on cheesy souvenirs for Harley and just enjoyed ourselves.

photobucket is messing up some of my pictures for some reason but I will try to get some better ones up.
