Tidied up the forum a bit.

This morning I did some spring cleaning on the appearance of the forum and it's pages, just a little tidy up here and there to cut some of the junk out.

Hopefully you notice it loads just the little bit faster and looks just a little bit cleaner and neater too.

I also expanded the wording for the forums to give a better idea for posting, new topics and to help visitors find the right forum for the topics they are looking for.

Since everyone benefits from a quick board I did a few "Load Setting" adjustments as well for optimizing the PHPBB forum. After the adjustments I also noticed an increase in speed.

I also dropped the banner to the bottom of the page as it makes a great "end footer bar" and because the forum page loads first (rather than the banner) it sped up the page loading as well. I don't think it's new position will hamper it much as it looks good down there too matching the black at the top of the pages.
