A few of us regulars are going to be meeting up on Saturday, 22nd January in the afternoon in a place close to Northwest London (Middlesex, Harrow, Herts, etc.). We'll probably be meeting for lunch, around 1 or 2 pm. Time and location have not been fully decided as we want to make it convenient for as many people as possible.

You're right, not too many UK'ers around at this time. That's okay, we're still up for meeting up with you, it would be nice to chat in person after all these years!

This is very close to St. Alban's.
I don't know that the address is 100% correct (the #9 part anyways) but if you put the address (as I typed it) in Google you will find it. There's a car park to the west.
We had a wonderful day at The chicken in Colney Heath! We chose that pub because we were looking for a pub in a small town near St. Alban's and Google happened to mark this one on the map (and it had a parking lot!).
It turned out to be an amazing pub with lovely people. Such a cozy place for a meetup and a great way to spend the afternoon getting to know each other.
There was just the three of us out this time, but we'll do it again in the spring so that more people can come out!

Yes, it was a REALLY GREAT time at the pub! I also wish more UK motorcycle members showed up too (it was rainy and cold that day so...) but they really missed out on some great times!
We will definately have another TMW UK Pub (Meet and Eat) Meetup night again. It was just too good to have just one.
It was great to meet you Richard! I think it's great that you only ride (no car). I used to do the same when I had my motorcycle licence for 10 years before my car one.
