Yeah a friend has a base model Caliber. Manual locks, windows, transmission, the works.

Hmmm, this is a challenge then. Find a new 2011 or 2012 car that has all manual stuff. No power.waterbuffalo750 wrote:You can still get manual windows and locks in most compact cars. My '04 Mazda 3 has everything manual. The only part I really don't like is manual locks on a 4 door car. and manual mirrors suck, too. My wife and I both regularly drive, so the passenger mirror just never gets adjusted.
Speaking of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, anyone notice they are starting to come with ABS as standard in many models? I like non-ABS myself, I wonder if non-ABS bikes will go the way of manual roll up windows?

Ok, I found 1. Believe it or not I looked at Nissan and Kia and their base cars DO NOT have manual roll up windows. This 2011 Hyundai Accent Sedan L does, but not sure about the new 2012 that is coming out..totalmotorcycle wrote:Hmmm, this is a challenge then. Find a new 2011 or 2012 car that has all manual stuff. So that's 1 with roll up windows you can buy new. Starting at $14,300 it's overpriced too.
DEFINATELY not as cool as a Harley-Davidson motorcycle in any way though.

I like mine the simpler the better and I think this qualifies. You said all manual stuff, I don't think the Hyundai would make the cut under these rules. These are production cars by the way, not kits. Some here might know what this is. And yes, this is a fully functional street legal car.

Re: Why are Harleys cool?
I guess Caterham guys even find manual windows too complex, compared to not having windows at all

Ok, have another one for you to try. This is also a fully functional production car.
