I forgot to put the stand down once on base, was going into the BX to pick up something. Start leaning it over and suddenly realized it was leaning way farther than it should. Didn't drop, though, and in retrospect it wasn't tipped over very far, it just felt like a lot farther because it was past where the kickstand should have hit.

Currently waiting on a new hip before I can get a new bike.

I have never forgot to put the kick stand down, but there was once (and I'll count that as a Once I didn't) when I was riding in colder weather for about 20-30 mins, arrived at my destination, put my foot down to park and my leg was so cold it couldn't hold the weight of the bike up and boom, down she went.

Thus, remember that if you are riding in the cold.

On the other side, forgetting to put my kick stand up? A lot. haha.

:D
People say I'm stupid and apathetic. I don't know what that means, and I don't care.

I forgot the stand and dropped the bike in MSF class. I was mortified!! 'cuz u know... if you drop it twice - UR OUT!
Teacher said it didn't count because the bike wasn't running - I love that guy :)
I've always been grateful that I dropped one of the 'beaters' from school and not my own.
Now every time I put my kickstand down - I think of dropping that bike - ehehehe

Peace Out,
Noobie
