I was protesting the supreme court ban on dancing at memorial sites in the US when I heard the most beautiful sound from a bike rally a few blocks over.
It was like a tornado siren going off. A sport bike seeming from aliens under a controlled crescendo then falling off just as smoothly.
I had my camera running but I didn't see the bike. Everyone from many blocks away took notice.
Here is the audio: http://byteus.com/bike_rev.wma
(This is from a couple blocks away. It doesn't do it justice, but I felt like sharing.)

Whoa, that's a loud, loud bike (if that is what the "siren sound" is) in the wma clip. Souds a little too fluidic to almost be an engine though.
