I would have gone tomorrow if not for Mike........

Have you tried it? I sat on one at the New York show in January, it felt very similar to my V-strom. Nice upright standard riding position.blues2cruise wrote:My friend finally got a new motorcycle. He has the first one in western Canada. It is a 2012 Yamaha Super Tenere.
I haven't had a chance to try it yet. He has offered though.jstark47 wrote:Have you tried it? I sat on one at the New York show in January, it felt very similar to my V-strom. You probably don't want to hear it, but I can't help thinking the "chronic hip/back pain issues" you mention are not helped by the cruiser bikes you favor. Mrs. & I had a cruiser, a '04 Suzuki Marauder 800, for a couple years. Never again; we both like standards. There's no way in heck I could ride for extended periods with my legs out in front of me without 3 or 4 areas of my body in serious pain.
Well, just my $.02 and something to think about....
Are you trying to lead me astray?dr_bar wrote:There just happens to be a Demo bike at GA... As well as a new blue Super T
