Sorry Hyper but I have to admit that the all-black standard version is growing on me. Needing the AMG version however screams douchebaggery, and is best left to the under 2k a year crowd.

So are you going to trade the Super Duke or will it be a stablemate to the SD and the VFR?

I can't bring myself to sell the Superduke yet - which is really the best "Ducati" that I have ever owned  . Maybe the wife can finally get something with some performance that she can actually touch the ground on, however she is having trouble overcoming the looks of the beast too. No matter what though I believe that I will be getting something to replace the VFR early next year. I hate to let it go - but SWMBO says that I can only keep two bikes for myself.....

It have some value as a prop in a Battlestar Galactica remake, maybe tied in with coffee fiends... i dunno, it aint no Viper or AMG Adama, but they could call it Frak...

It's so ugly people will buy it... like a bulldog or wild hog.

I think that when people say "it looks better in black" it is sort of like saying a girl looks better with the lights out. i disagree. I like be able to see her face and her curves, so candle light is always preferable to lights out.
