Agree, although you probably could get away with it if you are just cooking burgers and dogs but definitely not for steaks, chicken, pork, veggies, fish or lobster tails.

I'm going to have to go charcoal on this one. The wood smoke is a little too smokey for me. The charcoal must be started using a chimney starter and not with a lighter fluid.
