I liked verm... sure I stole the crimsonrider screen name after he abandoned it and made a few ridiculous posts. Granted Mike yelled at me for it. But hey- it's been years and guess who's got one of those nice mod stickers.

Yeah- Old boys. I've gotta tell you I'm starting to feel the years. I'm afraid of what my 30's are going to be like ;)

I very new also and it's my opinion that it's extremely important to make your turns without drifting outside of your lane. To me that meant using the clutch and throttle control...slow down if necessary but do what's necessary to control your turn...it's not okay to swing wide.

What on earth are you talking about? 30's are great, man. I ride faster and harder at 37 than I did at 29, or 19 for that matter. I intend to be that crazy old bat I saw a picture of in the Honda magazine several years ago: 74, shrink wrapped in leather, and happily perched on her CBR600F4i.
Ooooooh. Shiny!

I didn't ride at age 29 or at age 37, I took my first ride on my first bike at age 52 and that was 28 years and 400,000 bike miles ago. I did my fastest riding thru the mountain twisties at 70. I've slowed a bit in the 10 years since but still enjoyed the ride on my 80th birthday last Wednesday. Life just wouldn't be the same without leaning thru a few corners every day possible.
