FOUR weeks!!!! Sheesh. In NJ, you pass the MSF, they give you an endorsement on your learner's permit on the spot. Take it to the DMV office the next day, walk out with a M-endorsed license.

Some of the questions the TX DMV asked were quite "questionable", like:

The front brake provides what percentage of braking power:

A. 100%
B. 75%
C. 60%
D. None

If you said A, you would be right.

...and LOL, yes! Now I can't wait to have my first Texas bike. :revv: The bike course was worth it and atleast I should see some insurance "discount" from it too.

The front brake only supplies braking power if you use it, lol. So, in Texas, if you use the rear brake only, you only think you stop?

LOL... some good chuckles in there! ;)

...but I see that Mike forgot to mention that he did not pass his parallel parking test with flying colours - at some point you'll have to ask him what it felt like to back into the flexi-pole!

(I'm so mean...)
