Actually got out for a ride this morning. Ignored the shouting
projects and relaxed for an hour.

VermilionX - Congrats! I know it can be hard to win stuff on eBay sometimes (at least I have that issue). Don't forget, if you use the TMW eBay link here: http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53200 ... =824&kw=lg and you win, about 1% goes to support Total Motorcycle for free. :revv:

pchast - I envy ya. I was doing heavy labor this morning out in the garden with a 25lb pick axe, shovel, wheelbarrel and was out there for 3 very sweaty hours. Ah, love the land our house is on (1/3 acre) but it has gardens up the ying-yang from the previous owner and it's a ton of work to keep up.

thanks. i don't use ebay much so my friends gave me tips and i pretty much just used the "sniping" method. i got the item for 72$ with a max bid of 91.57$.

i'll keep that link in mind if i use ebay in the future.

Yup, waiting to the last second works. :D Although when you are the seller you always hope there are a few waiting in those last few seconds. :D

For the TMW eBay link, keep it in mind, no pressure at all. :D

Don't you own an air compressor? :cowboy:
No, may I borrow yours?

I used a bicycle pump.

It never occurred to me to own a compressor. I suppose I could look into it.

how long does it take you to inflate a MC tire using a bicycle pump?

i bought a compressor pretty early when i started motorcycling.

anyway...

i accompanied my brother and helped him pick a bicycle.

just like in motorcycles, he prefers a more upright riding position unlike me. he owns an aprillia mana and now he owns a fuji gran fondo.

11 credit hours and 48 hours of work kicked my butt 6 ways from Sunday. Went to bed at 10 AM Saturday. Woke up 3 times, less than an hour apiece, and woke back up at 6 AM Sunday... Talk about rested!

It takes several minutes per tire...pumpiing then checking the pressure....and repeat....It was late in the evening and I was getting ready for my weekend road trip. It saved t ime for the early morning departure time.

Here is the kind of pump...
