Re: What did you do today...
Congrats Story's
OMB indeed HMMM
2007 GS literally have to be broken in half to replace the clutch, I see on the new 2013 GS the have the clutch at the front of the motor.
Any way, what did I do today
I broke my piggy bank and am busy counting pennies.

I spent my therapy money an a K1200S
The therapy worked, I got a GS now

I really like the new HP4, especially the one with the optional blue forged wheels and the sponsor stickers.storysunfolding wrote:Last year. First BMW for me

The S1000RR is your "second" sportsbike?storysunfolding wrote:I don't have that much for a second sportbike

I woulda thought that would be your "primary" sportbike...

What do you have that would be better than the S1000RR?

Re: What did you do today...
The ZX6 is much more fun on the streets so I made the S1000RR my track bike.

Took off work early (it was a warm sunny afternoon and my students didn't mind getting out into the sunshine) and rode my bike to the dealership in Graz, about 60 km away, for its 16,000 km service. I've had it for a year now.

Re: What did you do today...
Dropped my daughter and grandson off at the airport in the afternoon, then went into work a couple of hours early for some pre-shift OT. Long weekends and mail volume don't agree...

Re: What did you do today...
I went for a ride last night, it's starting to get a little cooler at night here and in the mornings.
But I'm happy to still be riding.

Re: What did you do today...
46 and sunny today so I took a run before lunch.
Didn't make it up the driveway when I got home...
Watched over 20 cars with people I know pass...
An acquaintance in a pickup stopped to help me
pick up the bike.
It was laying on the drive wheels high. No way I was
getting it up myself.
Thanks Again.
Ps;
To top off a great day, a stone poked a hole in the
bottom of a muffler. Likely it was due. Its pretty thin
there. I'm sure they will probably cost more than the
bike is worth, if I can get them?
