clutch
i have a 2000 kawasaki vulcan 1500 that runs great until its been run for 40 50 miles snd then i cant idle at red lights because it there is no resistence at all on the clutch lever, could somebody please tell me how to correct this problem as i have quit riding until it is corrected.

check your resevior if you have a slave cyl or hyd clutch it may be empty

Agreed. Sounds like your clutch needs to be bled.

If the clutch operates fine for the first 50 miles that suggests to me it's not dry.
Might have air in the system that expands when it gets hot?
Or the slave cylinder gets hot, expands and the piston no longer seals.
I dunno.
(I don't like hydraulic clutches for the long term.)

Open the reservoir and have a look there boyO every journey starts with the first step
Seriously though the fliud may boil when it gets hot if it's low and you start to loose consistency. Either way the first step is the same.

Air or water. Remember the fluid is hydroscopic. Flush the lines with new fluid and I bet it goes away. I bet it's a nasty color right now. Well said I replace my fluid, Clutch and brake every year even though I use Dot5.
