Great news. You can now Embed YouTube Videos into your posts (again).
With the update to the newest phpBB forum software I had to re-code the link, it now works again! Yay!
TO SHARE:
1. Pick the YouTube video you want to share on YouTube
2. Click on the YouTube SHARE button
3. Copy the URL there (ie: https://youtu.be/GlrSfD78CkI ) it must be the youtu.be version.
4. Go to your post on Total Motorcycle and click on the youtube button (along the top with Bold/Italic/etc) or type
5. Paste the Youtu.be URL between the code.
6. That should do it!
Mike

Re: Embed YouTube Videos into your posts... Works
Good news. Thanks for sharing. I only found out now. Is it that simple? I just need to follow all the steps according to the instructions and I can add a YouTube video to my message? Without editing and without changing the video format?

I understand that yes, this function is now available on this forum. But even if you need to change the video format, why does that scare you so much?

You need to convert a video to a specific format if you download it from your computer and for different sites you may need to convert videos to different formats. uality and convert video to audio, depending on your needs. All this is done in a few clicks.DenverD wrote: ↑Sun Feb 07, 2021 7:24 amI can't always do it.Ralph P Perry wrote: ↑Thu Feb 04, 2021 12:38 pm I understand that yes, this function is now available on this forum.
