Trouble is, he isn't worth spending 10 minutes behind bars for. I'll let the laws take their course, and push a little harder if needed.

Your wife has a quit-claim deed. The first thing you need to do is get the property back in her name. You don't need a lawyer to do that. My experience isn't exactly the same as you describe, but i've been in similar situations. Get the guy some jail time and rent the property. Further, this is justification to have him removed leagallyfrom the property completely and it will be hers outright. don't consider this a small thing. You actually have alot of money riding on this. I've owned rental property for almost 20 years and they have been the smartest financial move I have ever made.

The lawyer advised against giving the old fart a .357 behind the ear, though.
a .22 works much better for this...much less mess...the slug rattles around in the skull because it doesnt have enough power to go though the other side...thats how the mob does it.
thats a sweet bike.

I can't believe he's managed to get awy with that at all - surely it's a clear cut case of fraud, meaning jail time for him..?
Don't give up.

Not now, not soon, not after being continually knocked down.

If you never give up, you can never truly fail.
