No problem. I had no idea myself. I also didn't realize, as iwannadie mentioned, that you can buy a brand new bike for less than $900!! That's what it cost us for three nights' hotel stay, two-day passes for four adults (our kids are tall enough to pay adult prices), gasoline to get there and back, and food both in and outside of the park. And the kids are screaming out of pure joy and excitement - that's music to my ears (actually I scream more than the kids). And some parks do stink. I wouldn't go to Kennywood either - all you get there for your money is a lot of slow-action nostalgia. But Cedar Point is the best!!

There's a park in the netherlands that opened up a Motorcycle coaster ride ..
Seems like it would be fun to try. They need to make em alot longer tho, it's only 1/3 mile long

but if i couldnt find a used bike for 900$ id take that money and go to vegas, or a beach somewhere. anywhere i could find better than waiting in lines.

Oh well. I guess everyone likes to spend their money their own way. I love to spend mine every year or two at Cedar Point. When I lived in California I never went once to an amusement park. We lived in Sacramento at the time, and were a little more than an hour from a park in Valencia and one near San Jose. When I lived near Six Flags in Illinois, we never went once.
Since I was a little kid when I've been less than 4 hours from Cedar Point I've saved the cash and made the trip. I've lived a lot of places, but most of my life I've lived in Michigan or Ohio, so we've mostly been within reach of Sandusky Ohio (where Cedar Point is located). When we were dirt poor, we'd bring a picnic basket so we could eat outside the park and found discount tickets from AAA. This next coming year we are planning another family trip there, and we'll also be meeting some extended family there as well. We're all thrilled.
Heck yeah the lines are long sometimes, but only for the newest rides on the busiest days, but we play it smart and go during the week. I never stood in any line longer than 1 hour, and that was only from the newest and most popular ride Top Thrill Dragster. Every other ride was more like anywhere from "no wait" to 20 minutes. I ride the Gemini several times each visit, and never have to wait more than a minute or two to get on. It is a 20 year old coaster but one of the best I ever rode.
I don't love amusement parks, but I do love Cedar Point. Seems like this is about more than the rides and this park for me though. It is a long standing tradition in my life. Sorry if that seems foolish to some, but then I can't see why anyone would ever go to Vegas, but there are many who think that is a dream vacation. I can't see spending a dime to be stuck on a big boat at sea, or go to some island and just hang around. That would be torture to me. AND there is no bigger waste than Disney IMHO.
But then again I love riding motorcycles and to some people they can't see how I could waste my money on such a flight of fancy. Or how I could waste our fosil fuels, and take chances on such a dangerious endevour. I'm glad I can love Cedar Point and my bike.
