Must be tough on him. Hopefully things will pass soon. Personally, I've been taking vitamin C. No idea if it'll help not catching the virus. Other than that, I also wear a mask if I'm out. I hate wearing it as it is especially hard to breathe in it, so I tend to not go out if possible. I get most things online and have them delivered to me.Miles_Ha11 wrote: ↑Wed Oct 28, 2020 2:54 pm I still don't go out that much since it started. I wear a mask and bring my hand sanitizer. All my travel adventures this year has been canceled. Leaving a healthy lifestyle is necessary nowadays. Also, I haven't seen my brother for months he is working as a nurse and he doesn't want to go home since my granny and grandpa move in.

Re: Spotlight: 10 Coronavirus (COVID-19) Recovery Stories
Just got COVID for the first time, and honestly, I feel pretty bad. I wasn’t expecting it to hit me this hard, and it’s definitely not something I would take lightly. Right now, I'm focusing on resting and taking care of myself as much as possible. I’m planning to check the Canadian Pharmacy Partner website and see what medications or supplements I can order to help ease the symptoms and support my recovery. It’s good to know there’s a trusted place where I can find what I need quickly, especially when feeling this rough. Hopefully, with the right support and some time, I'll be back on my feet soon.
