Must be tough on him. Hopefully things will pass soon. Personally, I've been taking vitamin C. No idea if it'll help not catching the virus. Other than that, I also wear a mask if I'm out. I hate wearing it as it is especially hard to breathe in it, so I tend to not go out if possible. I get most things online and have them delivered to me.Miles_Ha11 wrote: Wed Oct 28, 2020 2:54 pm I still don't go out that much since it started. I wear a mask and bring my hand sanitizer. All my travel adventures this year has been canceled. Leaving a healthy lifestyle is necessary nowadays. Also, I haven't seen my brother for months he is working as a nurse and he doesn't want to go home since my granny and grandpa move in.

Re: Spotlight: 10 Coronavirus (COVID-19) Recovery Stories
Just got COVID for the first time, and honestly, I feel pretty bad. I wasn’t expecting it to hit me this hard, and it’s definitely not something I would take lightly. Right now, I'm focusing on resting and taking care of myself as much as possible. I’m planning to check the a website and see what medications or supplements I can order to help ease the symptoms and support my recovery. It’s good to know there’s a trusted place where I can find what I need quickly, especially when feeling this rough. Hopefully, with the right support and some time, I'll be back on my feet soon.
