the ACLU is just another bunch of gutter trash.
protecting the rights of illegal immigrants and drug smugglers.

Since we are talking about politically correct ways to convey seasons greetings to our global co-habitants, we in the US, and possibly elsewhere, should expand our efforts to enable pc-ness.
We should, via the federally approved competitive bidding process, hire contractors to systematically scrape and fill the facades of all buildings containing the word "God" or any other words or phrases which can even remotely be considered or connected to religion. Buildings containing religious symbols or references are usually government-owned. Additionally, our coinage and currency should be re-designed, so as to eliminate the words "In God We Trust" embossed and printed on it.
Any Christian church displaying a cross or other religious symbol shall be closed, and converted to use by minority groups in the community.

There is much more, but these changes alone would warm the heart of any ACLU fan.

plans are already being drawn up to replace our currency with the Mexican Peso as soon as an illegal immigrant is elected to sit in the White House.i dont think there are any references to any religious beliefs on them pesos.

Well, then, it's time to rise up in outrage, have news conferences, demand that references to the queen are offensive, and demand their removal, along with anything referring to the British. Rename your province simply "Columbia." That's the American way....

...from some other God-forsaken pisshole before you came here.

The rest of us, those who were born here and work to build the country and get taxed to pay for it...... we would be totally ignored at best,or arrested for offending one of the afore mentioned groups most likely.

Thank you very much for all those that have wished us a Merry Christmas, "as in Merry Christmas to all"

I could not care less about being PC but would rather embrace the spirit in which we would like to believe that the message was sent.

The Goose and I would rather wish everyone with whom we have had communication with a very safe and festive holiday season and may whichever higher power that you subscribe to bless and keep you.

We will not be sending you gifts as we believe that as you have access to this forum ergo you must be capitalist pigs with an over abundance of money, as are we.

We plan to spend our Christmas in the enjoyment of our own company and that of some close friends whilst at the same time having some respect for the Christians who celebrate the birth of Christ and are therefore the only ones being totally honest as to why they are celebrating in the first place.

We also send wishes that those that have no sense of humour find one in their Christmas stockings and are able to smile at least at the banality of the human ID.

Finally to those that do not believe in Santa Clause, "fudge" you, you are wrong.

And the same returned to you--I would guess most of us on this board, and statistically across the US at least, still believe it's Christmas, not Happy Holidays or some other neutral pap. It's OK to be atheist, agnostic, Muslim or Satanist, but nobody should have the right, as a minority, to control the majority. Merry Christmas to all.

i am not too proud to accept cash gifts. they can be sent in christmas cards.the ones containing cash will be hung on my wall in fond rememberance.the ones that dont will go straight in the garbage.thanks in advance!!!!!!
