Grand little or G max

OK OK i know some of you will laugh

Carry on laugh away, but for my friends who do support me, I would like an opinion on the following.

Both 250 scooters, as in scooters. This thing is going to get a lot of work, my daughter is going to grab it every chance she gets as from this year she has a 40km round trip to college. The goose wil grab it to go to the shops and I will want to grab it just to have fun, my dilema is I am struggling to find out any write ups. I can find specs and stuff but no road reports or rider reports. Please give me a hand, see if you can dig something up for me.

Ive heard good things about the kymco... unfortunately, it was all first-hand, I dont have a written review for you.

One of my buddies has a kymco 250 scooter, dont think it is the Grand little though, but he did some of the little mods to get it unrestricted and make it go faster. It is a peppy little thing, and fun to tool around in.

Edit: BTW James, yes, they are automatic. The Kymco has a continuously variable transmission.
And I have never heard of the PGO... dunno if they have em around here.

I can't get over the name Grand little. Here in the U.S. "dinky" means small and inconsequential. Grand little would seem to be an oxymoron.

Plus in the USA, little is really a derrogatory name to Vietnamese people or for all asians I think. I'm surprised they would use that word.

My (admittedly short) experience was w/ a Kymco B&W (Bet and Win) 80cc 2-stroke on a recent vacation in Greece.

Powerful bike - My wife and I rode 2-up pretty much everywhere for a week. Good fit and finish - better than I thought it would be anyway.

As stated, little is a derogatory term in the US, so Kymco calls this bike the GRAND VISTA in the US ... You may be able to find some reviews under that name.
