Sunglasses for full face helmet?
Does anybody know of a comfortable make, that doesn't scrape the sides of my head when I put them on. I know I can by a tinted face shield, but would rather not have to be bothered with one. Thanks

You gotta take your helmet to the store and try some on. That's the easiest way.
It's more convincing if you ride there to do so, then you're wearing all the gear instead of just walking around with a MC helmet on.

Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

The glasses aren't your problem, it's the helmet. I used to wear sunglasses too and when I bought a new helmet I bought one with that in mind. I now wear a shoei tz1 and it has slits in the foam to allow for the glasses. I no longer however wear the sunglasses, I just got a tinted shield.njdeerhunter wrote:Does anybody know of a comfortable make, that doesn't scrape the sides of my head when I put them on. I have a friend that's been riding since the dawn of time, he swears by the safety glasses that he can pick up at the locsal safety supply store for $7 - 12.00. Several different configurations, tons of different colours, and to top it off, Standard DX Anti-Fog Hard Coating. Military Vo Test Regimen for High Velocity Impact, ANSI Z87.1 and CSA Z94.3 Certified.

very nice, the Oakley Juliets fit well too. But really any thin glasses fit well. Thick glasses like Spys or Ray-Bans usally feel uncomfortable, but just go try some on

they fit in my helmut with ease, without any specific sunglass slits in the foam.
