when my bike is in neutral is hard to push and my rotor is scrubbing up against something and it looks warped. when my bike is on the stand and i try to turn the wheel it is hard then it gets easy then it gets hard. does anybody have any suggestion on this. somebody told me maybe the bearings
Try removing the brake caliper assembly and see if the problem subsides. If the rotor is warped it will cause the "hard/easy/hard" condition you described.
just took the caliper off and it made it turn a lot better but it looks like the wheel is warped which i dont know how that happen when it just started today and it hasnt been wrecked any suggestions now
Well the only way the rear wheel could become damaged without riding the bike or dropping it is if your spokes were seriously out of whack (happened to me on a mountain bike once). This is so unlikely that I wouldn't even entertain the possibility. Are you sure the bike suffered no damage or impacts? Is the rear axle loose?
