That whole hunching over the tank thing looks rather uncomfortable though. You obviously dont need to do that judging by the bends in your elbows, so is it just for looks?
Regarding the "correct" foot placement, it depends on the bike you ride and where the pegs are located. I ride around town with the pegs up against my heels and when I am out for a bit of fun I tend to be up on the balls of my feet to increase cornering clearance.
I forget at times and this is the result:
kinda conflicting ideas im getting here.
i am comfortable seating forward and back.
but when im gonna seat further back, i tend to tuck more since if i don't, my arms will be straight and that's bad right since my arms needs to be loose and elbows bent.
regarding hunching, nope, it's not just for looks. like above, if i sit straight up, my elbows will be straight.
thanks for the info regarding foot placement... i tried to look at pics from racers leaned down but their legs are covering their feet so i couldn't see how their foot is placed on the peg.
BTW... looks like your toe sliders did a good job. you must have been in a extreme lean angle for that to happen. they're easy to replace, right?
