That is one serious looking moped eh! I'm sure many bikers here in North America wish we could all get prices like you quoted!

100mph? That's extremely fast for a 125cc, wow. I bet it gets great gas milage too. :D Those tires look quite skinny, are they H rated?

About the 2-stroke laws in Canada... well, there is a reason they don't sell 2-strokes much anymore, that's because of the emissions. If you could get it to pass an emissions test then change the moped to meet Canadian standards, laws, etc then you might get it in... But with all that red tape you'd have to seriously think about it first...
