Really? Most I see on scooters are 20-somethings wearing an iPod (saw one talking on a cellphone on his scooter). Never seen any scooter riders around here with any gear (not even a helmet). Did see a girl almost lose it and bounce into an intersection because she couldn't stop the scooter once though.

I used to wave and I take notice of them but don't wave unless they wave at me first. I realized quickly that I could send up a flare and they wouldn't notice me because they aren't paying attention to anything, let alone see me waving at them.

thats a good question. I'm going to venture a guess and assuming i dont have any major mechanical problems, I'd say this Tuesday or Wednesday. If you want to PM me a number for you I can send you a text or whatever a day in advance. I can send you my digits as well.
