Welcome to the community John!

Nice looking Harley-Davidson Softail there. If you are going to Sturgis this year I'm sure you will see a few thousand more great looking bikes there you would love to have in your garage as well.
Don't forget to ask about Sturgis in our Motorcycle Travel and Event forum as that is the place for the best responces. By the way, feel free to post photos of your bike and travels in the TMW Motorcycle Photo Gallery for all to enjoy.

welcome to the spot
i was just wandering, how do like riding in the 'burg?
i have a good friend who lives on the southside and i gotta say i simply don't have the balls to ride out there. Ppl drive CRAZY! and all the streets are so small with random weird turns and uphill merges and well you know....
how do you manage?

Hello again everyone,
Sorry it took me so long to get back. Sturgis was great, if you've never been there, save some money and get there, you'll be glad you did. I posted several pictures on my website and you can check them out here:
Now that the road trips are over, I can get on here a little more.
Hey there Aggroton, you're right, Harrisburg is only several hours away - let me know about any rallies or event that way for next years road trips. I'd love to go there.
Mike, there were plenty of bikes I wanted to take home with me. If I go again next year, I'll have to bring a bigger trailer.
Loonette - Thank you, and we did have a great time.
CentralOzzy - Thanks, I think Harley's Sturgis was one of the nicest bikes they made - I love black bikes - should have hung on to it.
CentralOzzy - Riding in the burg is tough and everytime you ride through it, it's like a suicide mission. The city is a triangle and people on cars are always in a hurry - it's just as hazardous to walk but at leat on a bike, you can get away a bit faster. I manage by avoiding downtown as much as possible.
Have a great day!

Welcome
Howdy from Erie PA. No bike of my own yet. Hoping to pick something up in the spring. Nice looking Harley btw!
And, the Pittsburgh traffic is absolutely nuts. I don't like driving through there in an ambulance, let alone on a bike.
