Sort of looks like a z1000 or the new 750 by Kawasaki. What is the downside and upside of parallel twin compared to inline 4 (comparing cubic cent that would be the same).

Well, just to name a few pluses, a twin would be narrower, lighter, and easier to maintain. They'd be cheaper to produce, too, assuming a comparable production run.
Downsides? Traditionally, parallel twins vibrated like paint-shakers. We used to joke that you could always tell a British twin from behind because of the trail of parts that vibrated off. With a modern, well-engineered counterbalance system (like on your ZRX, for example) this wouldn't be much of an issue, though. I'd guess they're probably more efficient, MPG-wise, due to fewer moving parts and less internal friction.

That's all I can think of for now. Maybe someone else'll chime in.
Let me get this straight... it's one down and four up, right?

Sorry. But to me it looks like some sort of exotic insect. :LOL2:

Oh. I'm sure it's a nice bike though.
