Zero was founded with the goal of starting a two-wheeled revolution that would provide riders with a thrilling experience while making their lives, and the world around them, better. After 10 years of pioneering electric motorcycle technology, Zero motorcycle riders have racked up some impressive savings.

To celebrate our 10-year anniversary and bring more “savings” to more people, we’re offering a gift. Purchase a new 2016 Zero this month and we’ll give you $1,000 if you buy a Zero S, Zero SR, Zero DS or Zero DSR. Buy a Zero FX or FXS, and we’ll give you $650. We’ll also cover the costs of all the clutches, oil filters, spark plugs and oil changes for your new Zero over its entire life. (So a Zero doesn’t have any of those...but doesn’t that sound good?)

In addition to 10th Anniversary Savings, you may be eligible to save more through government incentives. In the United States, the E-motorcycle Federal Tax Credit covers 10% of the purchase price of a street legal electric motorcycle up to a maximum of $2,500. Some states and cities offer additional incentives.

There are many reasons to ride a Zero: no gasoline, penny-per-mile “fuel” costs, ultra-low maintenance, and the most seamless and connected ride anywhere.

Now added to that list: a 10% federal tax credit available in all 50 states.

The Electric Motorcycle Federal Tax Credit, also known as the 2-wheeled plug-in tax credit, covers 10% of the purchase price of a Zero, up to $2,500. Plus: Electric motorcycle chargers (e.g., Zero Quick Charger and Zero Charge Tank) are eligible for a 30% tax credit up to $1,000. These credits are available in all 50 states and apply to motorcycles and charging equipment purchased in 2015 (retroactive) and 2016.
