used to be alpha sports, but that ended a while ago...some places sell them rebranded as UM I think?

the GV250's tank is 3.7gallons

edit: or did you mean the kymco? I've no idea what they're renamed as out here, or if they are at all.

style wise, I'm floating between a V-Star 250 and a Hyosung gv250...can go either way. apperently the GV250 has more power, and feels more like a bigger bike (and certainly looks more like a big bike) but gets around 60ish MPG, while most people say the V-Star'll get near or in the 80's MPG, with so...

I see bad driving here in the states, but it never seems to even compare to seeing vids like this of other countries where people apperently have never bee...

I take it this is a "too much bike for my first bike" kinda situations? you started out right, got the smaller easier to ride bike, rode it well, and are ready to move up to a good midsize, sounds like the other guy did the reverse, got a bike too big for him, got a bit spooked, and now wa...

Re: GPS question

]I'd like to get some recommendations on a good GPS unit. I am looking for a basic unit that I can mount to my bike and also take it with me when I go camping. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I also wanted a GPS for the bike....but when the wife got a look at the prices of the motorcycle speci...

Just this past Monday (Labor Day) I had my first rear slide (my experience level is about a year and I ride a Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Classic). I decided at the last second to stop at a light that was changing to red and stupidly slammed on the brakes. The rear then went into a slide. All I could think...
