lol- or you can go to www.msf-usa.org - go to the library and read through all the materials. One of their guides has lots of good practice exercises not in hte BRC at the end. It's setup to do the exercises using parking spots as spacing and using 6 cones (1 can tennis balls cut in half are the best $1 choice).

No need to measure, great way to stay on your game.

Thats a good idea, cut in 1/2 tennis balls! :D More riders should seriously consider doing parking lot practice (even for an hour) at the start of each season to get warmed up...

Mike,

Once a month is a good idea. You'd be surprised what you lose without practice. I do once a month for an hour and I can rock any bike in close spaces or emergency manuevers

I wish I did my MSF in the cold! It was about 110 degrees F on the pavement when I did mine in August in Texas! And having to wear long sleeve shirt, long pants, gloves and a helmet just makes it that much hotter. We were having to take breaks every 15-20 minutes just to keep everyone hydrated.

Congrats on finishing.
