I have alot of screws on my bike that I just cant take off, its just too tight.

impact driver
Impact drivers work well- always feels strange to use one!
Use the largest screw tip you can that fits the tightest on the screw without slipping or being loose.
Hold the impact driver hard up against the screw & and straight (not at an angle)
Use a 3 lb hammer (not less) and hit the impact driver a hard blow (don't kill it!)
Takes me 3 times before the screw loosens usually- I think it's more to get my nerve up to swing that hammer! Too light is useless - (but this is your bike you're smashing with a hammer!)
Watch your hand. ... It gets me- hex screws or allen screws would work great, but they use these stupid philips screws that strip. -Must cost to retool.

if the screws are counter sunk and stripped you may have no choice but to drill them out. still use a left-handed drill bit to do so. That way the drill is rotating in the unscrewing direction and will eventually jar the half-drilled screw loose. Remember if you decide to drill it out, you should use a drill bit that no more than 80% the screw diameter or you risk destroying the threads in the hole.
If they are not countersunk, you can either make a notch in the head using a file and use a flathead screwdriver to get them out. Or vise grips are pretty good too.
