Aprilia Factory range: new graphic variants
- FOR 2026, THE MOST PRESTIGIOUS VERSIONS OF THE APRILIA SPORTS BIKES MAKE THEIR DÉBUT, WITH BOLD NEW GRAPHICS THAT DRAW ATTENTION TO THEIR ADVANCED AERODYNAMIC SOLUTIONS.
- THE TECHNICAL FEATURES THAT ENABLE EACH APRILIA FACTORY BIKE TO OFFER THE BEST PERFORMANCE AND EFFICIENCY IN THEIR RESPECTIVE CATEGORIES REMAIN UNCHANGED.
The Aprilia Factory family, which is comprised of the most prestigious versions of the magnificent V4, RSV4 and Tuono V4 bikes on the one hand and the leading mid-range models in the category – the RS 660 and Tuono 660 – on the other, both of which have recently undergone a complete technical overhaul, is set to be launched with new, eye-catching graphics for 2026.
Aerodynamic flow is the theme that unites the new Aprilia Factory graphics, and indeed, Aprilia is at the forefront of research into aerodynamic solutions designed to boost performance and comfort. The RSV4 was the first mass-produced superbike to feature aerodynamic appendages (on the 2018 RSV4 RF LE), and this technology has evolved continuously since, leading to the version we see today, which is one of the most advanced ever: the current appendages boost stability on straights and improve precision when cornering, thus enabling riders to exploit the full 220 hp of the bike. The RS 660, meanwhile, was the first mid-range sports bike to introduce double-walled fairings, which deflect hot air from the engine away from the rider whilst delivering stability and protection while in the saddle.
The new graphics are designed to enhance the design of the Aprilia fairings and their respective Tuono versions: a real tribute to the aerodynamics-focused research culture in Noale. Both the Shakedown Indigo graphics of the Aprilia V4 and the Shakedown Yellow graphics of the two Aprilia 660s boast two different perspectives. The first of these features arrows that extend along the sides of the bike, echoing the hot air flows emitted from the engine which peter out towards the tail; the second theme, meanwhile, features lines that evoke the air flow indicators used in wind tunnel tests or CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulations. The intersection of these designs, with their varying shapes and thicknesses, paired with the glossy and matte finishes, creates optical illusions which appear to show three levels of depth – a degree of complexity that has never been seen before on a mass-produced bike.
The colours selected for the RSV4 and Tuono V4 Factory are purple, white and red: a nod to Aprilia tradition, these shades were first used on racing bikes in the 1990s, most recently on the extraordinary RSV4 XTrenta. The RS 660 and Tuono 660 Factory, meanwhile, stand out with their bold yellow colour, which made its début on the first RS 660, and has since been reinterpreted in a more modern shade.

DESIGN
Full Factory Style
The competitive spirit of the Aprilia RS 660 Factory is reflected in the contrasting colours of its two-tone seat and Factory graphics. On the road, black wraps around the sides to dominate the look, but when the lean angle gets serious, red takes over, standing out in the upper view and revealing the Aprilia logo imprinted on the large front wing. The fairing, sculpted with dynamic and modern lines, is enhanced by MotoGP-derived aerodynamics, featuring winglets that improve high-speed stability. Every element is designed to seamlessly combine style and function, embodying the true essence of racing.
PERFORMANCE
Not just following the road, but dominating it
It’s in the riding experience that the Aprilia RS 660 Factory truly makes a difference. Its chassis relies on high-end, fully adjustable Öhlins suspension, featuring an NIX 30 fork and an STX 46 shock absorber, ensuring absolute precision in every trajectory. The Euro 5+ forward-facing twin-cylinder engine with four valves per cylinder delivers 105 hp, offering excellent torque combined with exhilarating acceleration. Doubling up as a structural component, the engine works in perfect synergy with the twin-spar aluminium frame, creating a compact, lightweight and rigid structure. In short, the Factory version is all about total control and stability in every turn, even when the adrenaline is in full flow.
TECHNOLOGY
Top of the class
The Aprilia RS 660 Factory takes electronics to a competition level, unlocking your next step in performance. The APRC (Aprilia Performance Ride Control) package integrates a comprehensive system of electronic controls such as Launch Control which ensures lightning-fast starts. With multimap Cornering ABS for optimised braking when the bike is leaning, and a Ride-by-Wire electronic throttle, the RS 660 Factory brings more technology and action to the road. The backlit handlebar controls and the 5” full-colour TFT display with optical bonding provide perfect visibility in all conditions.
Complete APRC package
The Aprilia RS 660 Factory’s APRC package is derived directly from racing experience and comprises a complete set of electronic controls to boost performance, from five riding modes and ALC (Launch Control), which manages standing starts to ATC (Traction Control), which is adjustable even while riding. It also includes AWC (Wheelie Control), AEB (Engine Brake) and AEM (Engine Map) which features a range of settings allowing you to vary the character of the power delivery. Last but not least are AQS (Quick Shifter) and ACC (Cruise Control), which enables you to maintain the set speed without adjusting the throttle.
Multi-adjustable Öhlins suspension
The Aprilia RS 660 Factory comes standard with high-quality, Öhlins suspension fully adjustable for preload, compression, and rebound. Featuring 43-mm stanchions, the NIX fork provides 120 mm of travel, while the STX 46 monoshock with a built-in integrated reservoir offers 130 mm of wheel travel.
Euro 5+ twin-cylinder engine
The forward-facing twin-cylinder engine with four valves per cylinder takes performance to the next level in terms of the category. Euro 5+ compliant, it features 52-mm throttle bodies and Ride-by-Wire technology that makes it capable of reaching top power of 105 hp and peak torque of 70 Nm at 8400 rpm, ensuring precise, exhilarating power delivery. A perfect power-to-weight ratio, thanks to a curb weight of just 403 lbs.
Full-LED lighting
Among the standout features of the RS 660 Factory are the front lighting set-up, featuring three LED elements, and illuminated signatures positioned around the two main lights. These details not only enhance visibility but also give the bike a modern and sporty look.
Aerodynamics inspired by MotoGP
The RS 660 Factory takes racing aerodynamics to the next level. Its advanced fairing, featuring integrated winglets and a large lower wing, combines with two smaller aerodynamic appendages to deliver optimal airflow penetration and exceptional high-speed stability. The side panels, with a double-layer fairing and integrated aerodynamic appendages, optimise airflow while shielding the rider from wind pressure and the hot air emitted by the engine and radiator. These aerodynamics solutions, derived from MotoGP experience, not only enhance performance but also improve rider comfort, making the RS 660 Factory the perfect choice both for road riding and for those aiming to beat their best lap time.
Advanced braking technology
The Aprilia RS 660 Factory comes with a six-axis IMU as standard. This detects the bike’s position relative to the road, records and processes riding inputs and sends the data to the ECU. Also included as standard is multimap Cornering ABS, which optimises braking and ABS intervention in corners. Via a specific algorithm, it continuously monitors various parameters such as lateral acceleration, pressure on the front brake lever, lean angle, pitch and yaw, adjusting braking action to strike the perfect balance between deceleration and stability.
APRC
Conceived for racing and developed for road use, APRC sets the benchmark when it comes to managing electronic control features with a comprehensive suite designed to ensure outstanding safety on the road and to improve performance on the track.
ALC
Aprilia Launch Control
The system for managing starts from a standstill is derived from racing motorcycles.
