Aprilia Factory range: new graphic variants
- FOR 2026, THE MOST PRESTIGIOUS VERSIONS OF THE APRILIA SPORTS BIKES MAKE THEIR DÉBUT, WITH BOLD NEW GRAPHICS THAT DRAW ATTENTION TO THEIR ADVANCED AERODYNAMIC SOLUTIONS.
- THE TECHNICAL FEATURES THAT ENABLE EACH APRILIA FACTORY BIKE TO OFFER THE BEST PERFORMANCE AND EFFICIENCY IN THEIR RESPECTIVE CATEGORIES REMAIN UNCHANGED.
The Aprilia Factory family, which is comprised of the most prestigious versions of the magnificent V4, RSV4 and Tuono V4 bikes on the one hand and the leading mid-range models in the category – the RS 660 and Tuono 660 – on the other, both of which have recently undergone a complete technical overhaul, is set to be launched with new, eye-catching graphics for 2026.
Aerodynamic flow is the theme that unites the new Aprilia Factory graphics, and indeed, Aprilia is at the forefront of research into aerodynamic solutions designed to boost performance and comfort. The RSV4 was the first mass-produced superbike to feature aerodynamic appendages (on the 2018 RSV4 RF LE), and this technology has evolved continuously since, leading to the version we see today, which is one of the most advanced ever: the current appendages boost stability on straights and improve precision when cornering, thus enabling riders to exploit the full 220 hp of the bike. The RS 660, meanwhile, was the first mid-range sports bike to introduce double-walled fairings, which deflect hot air from the engine away from the rider whilst delivering stability and protection while in the saddle.
The new graphics are designed to enhance the design of the Aprilia fairings and their respective Tuono versions: a real tribute to the aerodynamics-focused research culture in Noale. Both the Shakedown Indigo graphics of the Aprilia V4 and the Shakedown Yellow graphics of the two Aprilia 660s boast two different perspectives. The first of these features arrows that extend along the sides of the bike, echoing the hot air flows emitted from the engine which peter out towards the tail; the second theme, meanwhile, features lines that evoke the air flow indicators used in wind tunnel tests or CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulations. The intersection of these designs, with their varying shapes and thicknesses, paired with the glossy and matte finishes, creates optical illusions which appear to show three levels of depth – a degree of complexity that has never been seen before on a mass-produced bike.
The colours selected for the RSV4 and Tuono V4 Factory are purple, white and red: a nod to Aprilia tradition, these shades were first used on racing bikes in the 1990s, most recently on the extraordinary RSV4 XTrenta. The RS 660 and Tuono 660 Factory, meanwhile, stand out with their bold yellow colour, which made its début on the first RS 660, and has since been reinterpreted in a more modern shade.

DESIGN
A Factory through and through
The Dark Banshee livery is designed to emphasise the Tuono 660 Factory’s aggressive character, with a mix of matte and glossy colours highlighting the bike’s aerodynamic elements and firing a warning shot to anyone who dares come near. The dual-colour seat adds a further touch of exclusivity, while the riding position is also ideal for urban contexts without compromising on its inherent sports DNA, ensuring it is ever-ready to unleash its full potential. Inspired by sharks’ countershading, it remains dark and stealthy on the sides but offers flashes of vibrant, aggressive colours when leaned over, poised to flaunt its authentic Factory credentials.
PERFORMANCE
Pure, undiluted adrenaline
Featuring a Euro 5+ twin-cylinder engine, the Tuono 660 Factory unleashes up to 105 hp at 10400 rpm, with a peak torque of 70 Nm at 8400 rpm. This dynamic and explosive power delivery remains smooth and controlled, thanks to the Brembo braking system and advanced Öhlins suspension. The setup includes an NIX 30 fork with 43-mm stanchions, while the STX 46 shock absorber features an integrated reservoir. Both units are fully adjustable for rebound, compression and spring preload. Once you’re in the saddle, there are no excuses – just pure performance to bring out the best on every road and every curve.
TECHNOLOGY
State-of-the-art electronics
The Aprilia Tuono 660 Factory is designed to maximise both control and fun on the road. The advanced a-PRC (Aprilia Performance Ride Control) suite includes Launch Control for lightning-fast starts, while the multi-map Cornering ABS ensures optimal braking performance even when leaning into corners. The Ride-by-Wire electronic throttle enhances responsiveness, while the backlit handlebar controls and 5″ TFT display provide crystal-clear visibility in all conditions.
Multi-adjustable Öhlins suspension
The Aprilia Tuono 660 Factory’s kit includes advanced Öhlins suspension featuring a fork from the NIX 30 series with 43-mm stanchions and an STX 46 shock absorber with built-in reservoir. Both units are finely adjustable in terms of hydraulic extension and compression, as well as spring preload.
a-PRC package
The Tuono 660 Factory is equipped with the advanced a-PRC (Aprilia Performance Ride Control) package derived from Aprilia’s MotoGP racing experience. It comprises Launch Control for optimal starts, Traction Control with adjustable intervention levels, Wheelie Control, Engine Brake for managing deceleration and Engine Map, which offers a range of modes for modulating power output. Rounding out the package are Quick Shifter for smooth gear changes and Cruise Control for effortless long distance riding.
Digital dashboard
The bike includes backlit electric handlebar controls and a generous 5″ colour instrument panel with optical bonding which improves luminosity and reduces reflections, giving you access to a comprehensive range of data.
Aerodynamic experience
The Tuono 660 Factory is recognisable for its agile, compact and minimalist lines. Among its key design features is the double fairing which works as an aerodynamic appendage, channelling air pressure for improved stability at high speed. It also provides greater rider comfort by providing protection from direct air flow and diverting hot engine air away.
Euro 5+ twin-cylinder engine
The engine is an Aprilia front-facing 660-cc twin cylinder with dual camshaft timing and four valves per cylinder. Meeting Euro 5+ standards and featuring 52-mm throttle bodies and Ride-by-Wire, it delivers power of up to 105 hp at 10400 rpm and 70 Nm torque at 8400 rpm. An exceptional power-to-weight ratio, courtesy of its curb weight of just 181 kg, ensures the Tuono 660 Factory riding experience is never less than dynamic and thrilling.
Braking technology
The Tuono 660 Factory is equipped with six-axis IMU capable of analysing the motorcycle’s position relative to the road in real time. This system detects and processes riding inputs, transmitting data to the control unit for optimal performance management. Also standard is multi-map Cornering ABS, a technology that optimises braking and ABS intervention in corners. Thanks to a dedicated algorithm, the system continuously monitors key parameters such as lateral acceleration, lean angles, pitch and yaw, adjusting brake action to ensure maximum safety and stability in every phase of deceleration.
