For 2027, front-wheel ABS is new across the lineup, with the option to disable the system on dual-purpose models when riding off-road. New digital instrumentation and smartphone connectivity via RIDEOLOGY THE APP MOTORCYCLE* add everyday convenience to all four models.
For riders seeking a comfortable and fun package for the street, the KLX300SM ABS shares the platform’s 292cc engine and features supermoto-tuned suspension, 17-inch front and rear wheels and IRC street tires for spirited riding. The KLX300SM ABS also features a different rake angle, shorter suspension travel and a larger front brake disc than the dual-purpose models. Its front-wheel ABS is always on and cannot be disabled.

LIGHT & NIMBLE
Built with a slim, lightweight perimeter frame that’s maneuverable but rigid at higher speeds to help with straight-line stability. The smaller front wheel, the caster angle (25°), and short wheelbase contribute to quick handling.
SUPERMOTO SUSPENSION
Suspension performance offers 9.1-in of travel up front and 8.1-in in the rear, ideal for supermoto riding. The 43mm inverted cartridge-style front fork has adjustable compression damping to optimize suspension performance. The Uni-Trak® rear suspension offers compression and rebound damping adjustability and fully adjustable preload, allowing riders to tailor shock settings to personal preference.
STOPPING POWER
Substantial braking power comes from a powerful, large 300mm semi-floating petal disc and 2-piston caliper up front and a 240mm petal disc and single-piston caliper in the rear. Now equipped with new front-wheel ABS, experience enhanced control during front braking while maintaining freedom to control the rear wheel for more active riding. A short-style brake lever and clutch lever offer optimized brake feel with ABS operation.

Agile supermoto performance is further enabled with 17-in wheels front and rear with street tires contributing to better handling on pavement.
