Once again, we’ve thrown caution to the wind. We created another one-off special project bike. Meet the Green Tanager – an inspiration based off the standard Gear Up in International Klein Blue with a striking bright green livery.
Like the Red Sparrow, the new Green Tanager was built to share our passion for the bird themed bikes and to show how easy it is to make your Ural your very own.

Put A Bird On It
Building on the success of 2020’s Red Sparrow and inspired by various colorful members of the Tanager bird family, we started with an International Klein Blue Gear Up with optional black powertrain and fuel tank with tool box.
David went to explore all shades of green and took a leap with the pearlescent lime green for the choice of accent.
Along with the goodies that come standard on the Gear Up including the front sidecar bumper, LED fog lamps, jerrycan, folding shovel, we threw in heavy-duty luggage racks for the nose and the spear wheel, a sidecar rear bumper, protective brackets for the sidecar lights and a rear taillight, and a skid plate.
And then the devil in the details: accented kickstarter, rocker covers, headlight ring, trunk release handle, the jerrycan basket, passenger grab handles, and the Ural logo on the tank in the same pearlescent lime green. And then we put a bird on it 🙂
David drew the Tanager-In-Flight and created two super special decals for the sidecar nose and the bike’s side cover. How much more personal can you go?
Green Tanager Accent Package
If you’re a current Ural owner and want to give your own bike a pop of color, you can order the Green Tanager accent package through your dealer and either install it yourself or have your dealer do the work for you.
The green Ural Gas Tank badges are not normally included in Accent Package, but a little bird told us that David might have a couple extra sets on his bench. So if you love the green accent and want to get the ready-to-wear set of badges instead of playing with the paint yourself, drop us a line and we may be able to hook you up on the first two or three ordered accent packages.
