More than 20 kg lighter than the street-legal KTM 1390 SUPER DUKE R, it combines agility with unmatched stiffness and stability. Proudly built and finessed in Mattighofen, Austria, it is jampacked with carbon, WP PRO COMPONENTS suspension with MotoGP-derived technology, a BREMBO Superbike-spec brake system, forged magnesium wheels, slick tires – all in the pursuit of delivering a no-compromise, rule-breaking, boundary-shattering track weapon.

The KTM 1390 SUPER DUKE RR TRACK is the first track-only SUPER DUKE model in the KTM lineup. Stripped of all components that could make it street-legal, it is built to strict FIM racetrack regulations, with a level of customization and equipment never before seen on a production-model KTM.

Built at KTM HQ in Mattighofen, the KTM 1390 SUPER DUKE RR TRACK tips the scales at 9 kg less than the street-legal KTM 1390 SUPER DUKE RR, and a whole 20 kg less than the standard KTM 1390 SUPER DUKE R.

To achieve this, KTM R&D removed all unnecessary road-going parts and panels, and reached for the very top shelf in the KTM parts catalogue, putting together a purposeful and deliberate mix of carbon fibre body parts, lightweight forged magnesium wheels, a full titanium Akrapovič Evolution Line exhaust, titanium screws, and a reduced electronics platform.

With weight-saving taken care of, the engineers set upon the handling characteristics next, bolting on WP PRO COMPONENTS suspension with MotoGP technology, a Superbike-spec BREMBO braking system, and Michelin Power Performance Slick tires – among others.

The KTM 1390 SUPER DUKE RR TRACK is a torque-hungry, epically powerful, and exciting BEAST. Boasting CAMSHIFT technology, and more than a 1:1 power-to-weight ratio, and nuclear power station outputs of 196 PS at 10,000 rpm, and an impressive 202 PS measured with ram-air at 250km/h, and 151 Nm of torque, this is the latest and fully revised version of the bellowing LC8 V-twin engine. What that means is that the KTM 1390 SUPER DUKE RR TRACK doesn’t propel itself forward; rather, changes time zones.

Because all street homologated options have been deleted, only adjust what is necessary to chase fast lapt times such as; 6-level Wheelie Control, 5-level Engine Brake Control, Motor Slip Regulation, Throttle Response, and Quickshifter+ to name just a few. TFT Display & Controls

A simplified 4.2″ full color TFT dashboard takes the prime position ahead of the rider, featuring a unique, specially designed user interface to suit the compact screen size. Made from bonded glass, the 4.2″” TFT screen also boasts a special coating and polarization to reduce glare and increase visibility in all lighting conditions, with a focus on the track. All controlled by reduced, track focused switches just like the highest level of world championship race bikes.
