The 2011 Yamaha Big Bear 400 4×4 IRS features a mid-size chassis, torquey, powerful engine, 5 speed automatic-clutch gearbox with reverse, independent rear suspension, On-command 2WD/4WD with Diff Lock, sealed wet brake, integrated floorboards, large comfortable seat and more.
The Big Bear 400 is the ultimate workhorse.
With four-wheel independent suspension for high ground clearance, Diff Lock for full power when you need it, a sealed wet brake for sure stops in nasty conditions and ITP Mud Lite tires for superior traction – this near bulletproof machine was built to get the job done and then some. Super-low first and reverse gears in the five-speed gearbox make the most of this bear’s ultra-durable, torquey 400-class engine.
