The Vespa GTV’s styling pays homage to the distinctive vintage look of classic Vespas from the 50’s and 60’s, and introduces the modern technology and power of the current Vespa GT Range.

VESPA GTV TOURING

The Special Touring Series dresses up the powerful Vespa GTS, recalling the thousands of outfitted Vespas that have travelled the streets of the world, carrying entire generations of riders. This is a series dedicated to a love of travel, with an appropriate mix of unmistakable Vespa style and the practicality of a vehicle capable of leaving the city behind to embark on medium-range touring.
The word “Touring”, emblazoned on the leg shield back plate next to the glove box, identifies the Special Series and accentuates the high quality and elegance of the Vespa LX and Vespa GTS.

The Vespa GTV 300, in the elegant “Grigio Apuano” colour scheme, is the ideal Vespa for touring thanks to its ultra-modern 300 cc electronic injection single-cylinder engine, characterised by its 22HP and high torque level (22.3 Nm) reached at low rpms. These are numbers that, when taken to the street, mean great riding elasticity and pick up from low speeds which is always able to guarantee fluidity and ease of riding.

The single cylinder GTV Touring is extremely environmentally friendly and complies fully with the strictest emissions standards thanks not only to its modern design, but also to the catalytic converter system and advanced SAS secondary air recovery system.

Special Touring Series finishing was conceived to make the Vespa line precious: the standard chromed luggage racks at both the front and rear significantly extend the vehicle’s load carrying capacity; the rounded and transparent windshield envelops Vespa’s eye to give it another touch of elegance and augment the rider’s level of protection. The Vespa Touring, as with all the GTV versions, comes standard with the easy and agile side stand to make parking even more convenient. The brown saddle with heat welding brings to life a perfect chromatic match with the vehicle.

A stylistic solution which enhances the refined look of this Vespa is the colouring of the plastic side panels which house the lower part of the vehicle, colour coded to match the body in the same Grigio Apuano

The headlight mounted on the front mudguard of the GTV 300ie isa reference to some of the first Vespas to come off the production line in Pontedera, Italy.
