| Aprilia Racing concluded the first day of practice on the Brno Circuit in the Czech Republic with positive results. Marco Bezzecchi finished FP1 in sixteenth place, only to improve significantly in the practice session where he led for most of the duration and was the first rider to break the track record. The Italian rider finished the practice session second, which puts him straight through to Q2. Jorge Martín, fourteenth in FP1 and eleventh in the practice session, just missed going through to Q2 by a mere eleven thousandths of a second. Also worth a mention are the SuperFile Trackhouse MotoGP Team riders and their performance, with Ai Ogura first and Raúl Fernández tenth. With this result, Aprilia takes three RS-GP26 machines straight through to Q2. | |||
