The 2011 Yamaha Kodiak 350 brings together the comfort of Independent Rear Suspension, the traction of Diff-Lock and a rear wet brake for those moments of intense exploration.
The Kodiak 350’s almost indestructible and ultra reliable 348cc air-cooled engine passes power through the Ultramatic transmission to the wheels,
while the three-way On-Command 4WD with Diff-Lock lets you select the drive that matches the ground beneath your wheels. Four-wheel independent suspension, preload-adjustable shocks and 9.6 inches of ground clearance provide a smooth, steady ride over rough ground. The sealed wet brake out back will give you added confidence when the weather decides not to cooperate.

The Kodiak 350 shares the same long lasting and well proven 348cc engine from the Bruin 350; durable fuel efficient and versatile.
Transmission
Fully automatic transmission with engine brake for increased rider confidence, reduced brake component wear, and no freewheeling when off gas or down hills.
On-Command 4WD
Push-button servo-controlled On-Command system allows you to switch between 2WD, limited-slip 4WD and fully locked differential 4WD – all with the simple push of a dash mounted button. Real 4-wheel drive when you need it. With Diff-lock engaged, there’s no need to wait for one wheel to spin. You have traction to all 4 wheels, immediately, puts you in control. You decide when you need 4 wheel drive, the machine doesn’t decide for you.
Electric Start
Convenient electric starting in any gear with recoil backup for added peace of mind.
Lights
The dual 30-watt Krypton multi-reflector sealed headlights (with replaceable bulbs) provide excellent lighting. They’re sealed to prevent water from seeping in, which also simplifies maintenance.
Floorboards
Steel reinforced plastic floorboards with raised integrated serrated foot pegs for excellent traction regardless of conditions.
Maxxis Tires
25-inch Maxxis tires with an aggressive tire tread pattern for awesome traction and excellent durability.
Bumper
The 45° attack angle of the Kodiak allows you to slide over taller obstacles, and the lower front bumper skid plates resists dents and corrosion.
