• Andrea Bonacorsi to sit out the MXGPs in China and Australia
Andrea Bonacorsi will miss the last two rounds of the MXGP World Championship in China and Australia. The Bergamo-native rider was already forced to sit out race 2 of the Turkish GP due to food poisoning which debilitated him from Saturday in Afyonkarahisar.
Having not yet completely recovered from this, Andrea, together with the Red Bull Ducati Factory MXGP Team, has decided to forgo the very demanding double header in Shanghai and Darwin to try and get back into the right shape, and he has gone back to Italy to undergo further assessments.
