Gottsch Crowned 2026 Royal Enfield Build.Train.Race. Flat Track Champion as Season Concludes with Rodriguez Victory

Mechanicsburg, PA – July 14, 2026 – Royal Enfield celebrated another successful season of its Build.Train.Race. Flat Track program, as Madicela Rodriguez brought a close to the 2026 campaign with a commanding Main Event victory in the season finale, as Emma Gottsch secured the overall championship, following an outstanding year of consistency and speed.

Rodriguez closed the season in spectacular fashion, earning her second consecutive BTR Flat Track victory, after an exciting early battle with Emma Gottsch. The pair exchanged the lead multiple times in the opening laps before Rodriguez took control, steadily extending her advantage to cross the finish line more than four seconds ahead of the field.

While Rodriguez finished the season on a high, the 2026 championship was secured by Emma Gottsch. After collecting three victories and two runner-up finishes across the five-round championship, Gottsch clinched the BTR Flat Track title with an exceptional display of consistency and race-winning pace throughout the season.

The battle for the remaining podium positions in the finale remained intense, as Hanna Brewer mounted a late charge to challenge Gottsch, before settling for third and completing the podium positions. This result was Brewer’s second podium finish of the season, as the BTR Flat Track series once again showcases the depth of talent throughout the field.

Rodriguez’s victory elevated her to second in the final championship standings, while Julia Heess, unable to compete in the season finale due to injury, completed the championship podium in third overall.

Adrian Sellers, Head – Custom & Motorsport at Royal Enfield said“It’s been another great season where the championship has gone down to the wire. Each year this program delivers close racing, some standout performers, but most importantly, progress and development for every rider throughout the field, which is the whole ethos of the program and will help continue to grow the sport. We’re proud of every rider who competed in this year’s campaign and love witnessing the progression throughout the year. We can’t wait to see what next year brings.”

The 2026 BTR Flat Track season once again showcased the program’s mission of developing the next generation of women in motorcycle racing by providing participants with the opportunity to build, train, and compete aboard Royal Enfield motorcycles. With competitive racing throughout the season and multiple riders starring in breakthrough performances, the championship continues to demonstrate the strength and growth of women’s flat track racing.
