A. Engine
Piston displacement of not less than 883cc Electronic Sequential Port Fuel Injection V-Twin, air-cooled, with two cylinders equipped with overhead valves, producing minimal vibration frequencies and magnitudes. Engine and transmission isolated from motorcycle frame through a rubber mounting system.
– Powertrain silver powder coated engine with polished treatment.

B. Clutch / Transmission
– Clutch shall be of the latest multiple plate design, wet.
– Transmission to be of latest design, manual type, with not less than five (5) forward speeds.

C. Brakes
Hydraulic disc brakes for both front and rear wheels. Front brake having a single11.5-inch diameter disc; rear brake shall be single disc. Brakes shall be relatively free of heat fade, with dual piston front and single piston rear, featuring patented, uniform expanding rotors.
D. Suspension
– System permitting optimum handling as required in law enforcement.
– Front forks, 39 mm.
– Rear shocks, coil over type, dual adjustable preload.
– Rear suspension shall have swing arms having mild steel, rectangular tube sections, stamped junctions, MIG welded.
E. Wheels / Tires
– Black, Aluminum Cast Alloy wheels required; rim material shall be impermeable to compressed air.
– Tubeless type tires to have non-skid tread, designed to operate on paved roads.

F. Fuel Tank
Fuel tank to have a capacity of not less than three and three tenths (4.5) U.S. gallons (or 17 liters). Must provide reserve fuel capacity of 1.0 gallons (or 3.8 liters) when low fuel warning light illuminates.
G. Electrical System
Electrical system shall be nominal 12-volt as follows:
– Battery. Sealed, heavy-duty maintenance-free, 12-volt, minimum rated capacity – 12 ampere hours per Battery Council International (BCI) rating, 200 cold cranking amps.
– Ignition. Non-waste spark, alpha control.
– Charging System. Single-phase 30-amp high output alternator and solid state regulator.
– Connectors. Industrial grade throughout.
– Hand Controls. Water-resistant switches.
– Starting System. 1.2 kW electric with solenoid shift starter motor engagement required.

Pursuit lamp kit – Kit includes 1 red and 1 blue incandescent pursuit lamp, housings, mounting brackets, switches and wiring harness.
Detachable compact windshield – Whether it’s for keeping bugs off your face or warmth in your body, a windshield has a huge impact on a rider. By diverting air pressure past your chest and over your helmet, a windshield can add hours of riding comfort.
NEW VENTILATOR WINDSHIELD – If you ride in a warm climate, or spend time at low speeds stuck in traffic, you need to keep some air circulating around your body to stay comfortable. Ventilator Windshields feature clear injection-molded vents that allow you to adjust the air flow to match the riding conditions. Opening the vents redirects the air across your chest for a cooling effect, and closing the vents provides maximum wind and weather protection.
AD JUSTABLE AIR DEFLECTORS – The Adjustable Air Deflectors feature an infinitely adjustable friction pivot that holds the wing in position to direct the air where you need it. Close the vent to direct airflow around the fairing, or open the vent to maximize airflow on hot days.
REPLACEMENT WINDSCREENS – Match your windshield height to your riding preference. Replacement clear polycarbonate screens are available in tall and low-profile shapes that maximize your view and weather protection.
SOFT LOWERS – Install on Engine Guard for protection against the elements. Easy installation and removal. Should not be used when air temperature is above 50 degrees.
FAN KIT FOR TOURING MODELS – This handsome Chrome Fan Kit is great for parade duty, rush hour traffic or anytime you are sitting still on your aircooled V-twin engine. Lab results show a 20-degree reduction in oil temperature (measured at the oil tank) when using the fan. Kit includes all hardware and wiring for fan installation and horn relocation.
Auxiliary Power Port – Saddlebag-mounted 12-volt power port accepts most 12-volt automotive power adaptor plugs. Kit includes power port, mounting bracket, wiring harness and all mounting hardware.
MULTI-POCKET WINDSHIELD POUCH – Add convenient storage space with easily accessible pouches mounted inside the
windscreen. Hook-and-loop closures provide grab-and-go access to pens, glasses and other small items you need every day.
GUARD BAG AND WATER BOTTLE HOLDER – Storage section features a convenient hook-and-loop outer closure and a

SHORT-STEM “TRUE IMAGE ” MIRRORS – These mirrors are designed to eliminate the mirror geometry that makes following
objects appear further away than they really are. You get a true picture of your surroundings in tight situations.
1.25 AMP BATTERY CHARGING STATION – Harley-Davidson® Battery Charger Stations are designed to fully charge lead-acid motorcycle batteries and maintain them at proper voltage. The 4-Step Supersmart Charging Process (Initialization, Bulk, Absorption, Float) helps to prevent sulfation and reduces the effects of overcharging. Status indicator lights allow you to monitor
the charging state of each connected battery. The Charging Station accepts worldwide voltage 100 to 240 VAC @ 50 to 60 Hz. Maximum charge rate of 1.25 Amperes. The charger is spark-proof and reverse polarity protected, and features short-circuit protection to prevent damage from incorrect terminal connections. Kit includes quick-disconnect 7.5 Amp fused Battery Charging Harness with ring terminals and 7.5 Amp fused alligator clip charging harness for each battery output. 2 year manufacturer’s warranty.
