THE BRIDGE TO GREATNESS.

2020 Kawasaki KX100:

Mold your aspiring racer by bridging the gap to full-size bikes with the KX™100 dirt bike. With a 99cc engine, this two-stroke super-mini gives riders the perfect blend of durability and proportionate power increase with a larger chassis before transitioning to the big bikes.

We designed the KX100 from the ground up for teenage chargers who are between the mini 85s and full-size 250s. Its 19-inch front and 16-inch rear wheels are sized just right for adolescent racers and its generous 275mm of front and rear wheel travel is widely tuneable to let your inner-race shine.

Despite its smaller stature, the powerful 99cc two-stroke engine in the KX™100 motorcycle resembles the jaw dropping “big bike” look of its larger KX counterparts, while maintaining its ability to outperform the competition. Designed using the same championship winning technology as Kawasaki’s full-size motocross models, an adjustable handlebar mounting system allows for riders to place themselves in the best ride position. Backed by winning performance from Kawasaki Team Green, the KX100 has been a natural step for the riders who are looking to make the transition from the 85cc class to a full-size motocross bike.

ENGINE

Super-Mini with Big Power

99cc liquid-cooled two-stroke engine makes for the perfect stepping stone by bridging the performance gap from minis to full-size bikes. With proportionate power increase, this amateur champion delivers strong and instant power when the rider demands it.

SUSPENSION

Exceptional Ride

Front and rear suspension can be tuned to the rider’s preference. The 36mm inverted cartridge fork offers 20-way adjustable compression damping and 10.8 inches of travel. In the rear, the Uni-Trak® suspension features 10.8 inches of travel and has adjustable compression, rebound and preload.

BRAKES

Premium Stopping Power

A 220mm petal brake rotor in the front and a 184mm petal brake rotor in the rear offer progressive braking performance for confident riding. The petal design reduces unsprung weight while also helping to keep the brake pads clean and cool. The result is consistent braking performance with a firm feel.

ERGONOMICS

Built To Fit

KX™100 motorcycle grows with your young racer thanks to the ERGO-FIT® system. Featuring six-position adjustable handlebar mounts, ERGO-FIT enables riders to set their ideal ride position. Plus, larger (19F, 16R) wheels than the KX85 (17F, 14R) contribute to a taller 34.3-inch seat height and higher 13.0-inch ground clearance.
